What if They Don’t Believe?
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“What if some did not believe? Shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?”(Romans 3:3, KJV)
TODAY’S WORD
So often, people allow the opinions of others to hold them back and water down their dreams. We have to realize, there will always be critics and naysayers in life. One of the most important things you can learn is that other people don’t have to believe in you in order for your dreams to come to pass. Other people don’t set the limits for your life — you do. It’s not what others say about you that affects your life, but what you say and believe about yourself. In today’s verse, the apostle Paul is saying, “It doesn’t matter if other people don’t believe. Their unbelief is not going to keep me from believing in my dreams.” When God puts a promise in your heart, it’s not up to other people to bring it to pass, it’s up to you! You don’t need everyone to validate you. You have to follow the voice of God for yourself and allow Him to order your steps.
Today, know that God sees the hidden treasures inside of you. He wants to bring those treasures out and make your dreams reality. As you get rid of the old, defeated thoughts and replace them with what God says about you, you will remove the limits so you can live the abundant life God has in store for you!
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Heavenly Father, thank You for another day to see Your goodness in my life. Help me to see myself the way You see me. Help me to see the plans You have for me so that I can be empowered by You to fulfill my destiny. I love You and bless Your name today. In Jesus’ Name. Amen ~ Joel Osteen Ministries

What Are You Expecting?
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“...Open wide your mouth and I will fill it”(Psalm 81:10, NIV)
TODAY’S WORD
Do you have your mouth open wide today? In other words, are you expecting God to fill you and increase you beyond measure? One thing we have to realize is that negative thinking closes us off to what God wants to do in our lives. If you go around thinking “Well, I don’t think I’ll ever meet my sales goals this year with the economy like it is;” or “I don’t think I’ll ever get promoted. I’m not that qualified;” or “I don’t think I’ll ever get well,” then the problem is that your mouth is barely open. But Jesus said, “According to your faith, it will be done unto you.” He might as well have said, “If you’ve got a cup, I’ll fill you with a cup level of blessing. If you’ve got a bucket, I’ll fill you with a bucket level of blessing.” Jesus is saying today, “Why don’t you take the limits off? Why don’t you believe for supernatural opportunities? Why don’t you go out each day expecting increase and promotion?” Expect favor, expect peace, expect joy. If you’ll go out each day expecting far-and-beyond favor, if you’ll “open wide your mouth,” you won’t be disappointed. He’ll fill your cup until it overflows and lead you into the abundant life He has in store for you!
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Heavenly Father, I come to You today, giving You all that I am. I trust that You have a plan for my good. I trust that You are opening doors that no one can shut. Thank You for filling me with You today. In Jesus’ Name. Amen. ~ Joel Osteen Ministries

Whatever You Do Will Prosper
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers”(Psalm 1:3, NIV)TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria
God’s plan is for you to prosper and be successful in every area of your life. Some people might say, “I don’t see how you can say that with the economy like it is. All the experts are saying it’s going to get worse before it gets better.” That may be true in general, but it doesn’t have to be true for believers in Jesus. We are connected to a supply line that will never run dry. Don’t be talked in to having a bad year. The economy is not your source. God is your source. And God wants to bless you beyond your salary. He wants to bless you beyond your normal income. He likes to do unusual things. He can bless you with what I call an explosive blessing! That means, all of the sudden, unexpectedly, something happens that takes you to a new level. Old limitations are broken, and suddenly, you find yourself further than you ever dreamed!
The key is found in Psalm 1:1–2. We have to separate ourselves from the system of the world and set our heart and mind on the Word of God. When you meditate on His promises and follow His commands, you will experience these explosive blessings. When you put Him first, you will be strong and stable, and whatever you do will prosper!
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father God, thank You for Your Word which lights my path and directs my heart. I submit every area of my life to You and put You first in everything I do. Teach me Your ways so I can walk with You and experience everything You have in store for me. In Jesus’ Name. Amen. ~ Joel Osteen Ministries

NEW IPhone SLR Mount
Camera gear heads, prepare to freak out.
Recently the Photojojo Store released the iPhone SLR Mount, a hardware attachment that allows you to use your fancy Canon EOS or Nikon SLR lenses while shooting pictures with your iPhone. It costs $249 for the iPhone 4 version and $190 if you get it for the iPhone 3GS or iPhone 3G models.
This product is not for the casual picture taker who is generally satisfied with the quality of iPhone 4 photos. Instead, it is for serious photographers who already have these thousand-dollar-plus lenses lying around.
Digital photography is in a really interesting place right now. The iPhone 4 is the most-used camera on Flickr now, and it's generally acknowledged that smartphone cameras are well on their way to replacing the standard point and shoot. We've officially moved to a place where a camera on a smartphone like the iPhone 4 isn't just a good cellphone camera, it's actually a good camera. And with attachments like this, it can be a seriously good camera.
Some concerns may be that the SLR Mount is worth more than the IPhone itself, which is true, but if you are a serious photographer you will like the idea of having a decent camera on you at all times and if you need to add the mount you can take quality pictures in a moment’s notice. Sure I still prefer my actual Cannon EOS or DSLR but I like the idea of this also. Let me know what you think.

New Prada Saffiano Clutch
Well it's been a while since I've brought a little fashion to my blog and as my personal opinion, it's waay overdue. So I've been looking on a couple websites trying to find some beautiful fashion inspirations. Yes I know my blog is about getting inspired, but I think fashion can inspire you as well. If you're a designer you can be inspired by fashion or if you work really hard and whatever your job is, I can show you a couple things to work for. For example, take a look at this new Prada Clutch. Retails for $1050 and it's gorgeous. Certaily makes me want to work a little harder. Enjoy. Holla!

Daily Motivation by: Ralph Marston
Keep opportunity coming
Make the most of the opportunities that come your way. And they’ll be followed by even better opportunities.
Say yes to the best of your possibilities. And even better possibilities will be drawn toward you.
Enjoy where you are, for it is a beautiful and valuable place. And also be ready and willing to move positively forward when the opportunities come.
The more you do with what you have, the more you’ll have with which to work. Your blessings begin to multiply the moment you start to make use of them.
Certainly you can find plenty of reasons and excuses for ignoring the opportunities that come your way. Yet if you persist in avoiding them, those opportunities all start to pass you by.
Give life, time and effort to the opportunities you encounter. And the best of them will keep coming in your direction.

7/5/2011 The Casey Anthony Murder Trial
Today the Not Guilty verdict for the Casey Anthony Murder trial was handed down. I have personally been following this case since 2008 when it started. I was really anticipating the verdict because I was really torn on this trial. I felt like she knew what happened or had something to do with it, but I also didn’t know how much evidence the prosecution would have. But, I kind of knew it was going to turn out the way it did. From the beginning I always thought Casey had something to do with it because things just didn’t add up. And, as one of the prosecutors stated, you don’t cover up an accident. So my theory is as follows:
Casey chloroformed her to death. Like many have said, Casey wanted to go out and party so she started out giving her Xanax (AKA Zanny the nanny), but when she could no longer afford to buy it, she began looking for something else to use to put her to sleep. According to evidence, her ex-boyfriend had a statement on his MySpace page about chloroform so she began to do research about it. Btw, I think the searches about “neck breaking” and “ruptured spleen” was for her mother because they a very bad relationship even violent at times and Casey was mad at her. It doesn’t make it right, but I really don’t think it was meant for her daughter. Anyway, Casey found out that Chloroform was the way to go to give her the freedom she needed to go out and party. I really believe she accidentally chloroformed her to death and thought Caylee was asleep. When she went to check on her the next day she found out she wasn’t breathing. She panicked and went to someone else for help. Someone who had experience with homicides or procedures dealing with homicides. That person or people instructed her on exactly what to do next.
Casey knew if she called the police or ambulance, they would run immediate toxicology tests on her, which would turn up with Xanax and Chloroform and who knows what else. Also after reading about Chloroform I found out long term use will affect the liver, heart, kidneys etc (which would be found in autopsy) as well as liquid form will cause burns and bruises on the skin. Well if anyone saw her, they would also see the scars. So Casey had no choice but to hide and never say anything. She had to buy as much time as she could. That’s why she acted as if nothing happened. I also feel like the duct tape was used to make the story about the abduction look real. It WAS put on after the death because most kidnapped people have their mouths taped so they won’t make noise.
Everything came to a screeching halt because her mother was called about the car that was abandoned and she called the police once she smelled the car and put it together with the fact that she hadn’t seen her granddaughter. Casey then had to still buy more time because she wasn’t counting on being caught so quickly and I feel like whoever was instructing her on what to do knew the body would not be decomposed enough and would still be able to be tested and everything would come back to her. So she lied, and lied, and lied to buy more time. She let the police do all the investigating they wanted. She let them drive her around looking for Zanaida Gonzalez’s apartment. She let them take her all the way to Universal Studios just to tell them that she “really didn’t work there”; All to buy more time.
At some point, someone did try to tell the Private Investigators where the body was, because it was decomposed by then. They even told the investigator that the body would be in a bag and they told him it would be close to pavers. But, he was just looking in the wrong place. They couldn’t actually go get it themselves because the police was all over the story at that point. According to the investigator he was talking to a psychic, but I think he was talking to someone from the Anthony household. Lee even said it on the stand that his mom sent the Private Investigator out to look for Caylee’s body. But who gave her the information. (Hmmmm ???) Couldn’t have been Casey because she was already in jail and if the call was from her, it would be on tape. So next the information was leaked again and Roy Kronk ended up getting it from his girlfriend who got it from WHERE(?) and went to search for the body because he wanted to get the reward money. He actually found it (in the bag) and tried to call the police and August but they didn’t want to listen (for some strange reason). How suspicious does that sound? So he called 4 times. He started talking to his son about it and wanted to impress his son so he went to look for it again. This time when he found it in December they believed him because the search had been going on for some time by then. Well it was okay for the body to be found in December because by then the body was badly decomposed and nothing could be traced. Therefore, no fingerprints, no DNA= no conviction. But this is just my opinion. Feel free to add a comment if you have any on this topic.

Let the Encouragement Flow
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up”(Proverbs 12:25, NLT)TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria
When you see someone who is struggling, a co-worker who is discouraged, a friend who is not up to par, how do you respond? Our words can be what keeps a person going; our compliments can put a spring back into their step. Now more than ever, we need to automatically let the encouragement flow. We need to tell others how much we love them, how we value them, and tell them that they are talented and creative. Always remember, with your words you carry life-giving water. You carry hope, healing, encouragement and new beginnings, and you can pour it out everywhere you go.
Today, choose to speak encouragement. Choose to speak victory and faith. Instead of telling people what they’re doing wrong, instead of pointing out all their faults, find what they are doing right. Focus on the good. There are already enough critical, judgmental people in the world. Let’s be people who lift up others and restore them. Let’s be the light of Jesus in the world.
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father God, thank You for speaking through me. Thank You for using me to be a blessing to others. Thank You for encouraging my heart as I find ways to encourage the people around me. I love You and bless Your holy Name. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Speak as the Oracles of God
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God...”(1 Peter 4:11, NKJV)TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria
When God wants to speak to people on earth, do you know how He does it? Most often, He speaks through His people. He uses our voice to bring life, healing and hope to others. When you reach out to someone, when you’re kind and speak encouragement, God’s voice is blended with your voice. Your words become His words. The natural takes on a supernatural. That’s why you can say something ordinary, something simple like “You look beautiful” or “You can make it,” and it’s life changing to the other person. To you it’s nothing, but when God takes your natural and puts His super with it, it can impact that person’s destiny.
Today, remember, you are God’s voice in the earth. When you speak to others, declare what God would say about them. Let your words be used to bring life, hope and blessing. Speak as the oracles of God and be His mouthpiece everywhere you go.
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Heavenly Father, thank You for choosing and using me. I surrender every area of my being to You. Use me to be a blessing to others. Give me Your peace, strength and joy as I keep my mind stayed on You. In Jesus’ Name. Amen. ~Joel Osteen Ministries

You Have the Power
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“The tongue has the power of life and death...”(Proverbs 18:21, NIV)TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria
Our words have the power to lift people up or push people down. We can say something to make others feel better about themselves or make them feel worse. It’s amazing what a simple compliment will do. When you tell someone “You look nice today,” or “Great job on that presentation at the office,” or “I really enjoy working with you,” those simple words will put a spring in their step and brighten their day. It doesn’t take much time and doesn’t cost you anything, yet with your words, you can bless their life.
That’s the power God has given each one of us. Every day we should have a goal of finding at least one person that we can encourage. Let’s be free with our compliments. Point out what somebody is doing right, not what they are doing wrong. There is already enough pushing people down. Let’s make it our business to lift people up, to brighten their day, to make them feel better about themselves. Remember, your words are seeds. When you deposit life and blessing into others, that’s what you’ll reap in your own life in return!

Put it into Action
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“And I am praying that you will put into action the generosity that comes from your faith as you understand and experience all the good things we have in Christ”(Philemon 1:6, NLT)
TODAY’S WORD
The Bible tells us that faith without works is dead. If we don’t put our faith into action, it’s not really faith; it’s just nice ideas. You see, when God truly does a work in our lives, it affects everything about us. It affects our words, our thoughts and our actions. How do you know someone is generous? By their generous actions. How do you know someone is kind? By their kind actions. How do you know someone is gentle? By their gentle actions. How do you know someone is a follower of Christ? By their Christ-like actions.
Can people tell by your actions that you belong to God? We all have areas where we can come up higher, but as believers in Jesus, we can be confident that God is at work in us. He is faithful and will complete what He started. As we invite Him to search our hearts and minds, as we surrender every area of our heart to Him and put our faith into action, He will finish His perfect work in us!
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father in heaven, thank You for changing me, for making me more like You. I invite Your love to do a work in my heart so that You are reflected in everything I say and do. In Jesus’ Name. Amen. ~Joel Osteen Ministries

In today’s culture, we don’t often hear the word esteem used very much, yet, scripture tells us to esteem and delight in one another. One definition of esteem is to hold in high regard. That means we are to honor and value one another. Even if we don’t always agree with one another, even if they don’t necessarily act honorably, we are to honor and esteem others because they are valuable in the eyes of God.
Think of it this way: if you had a costly and valuable piece of jewelry, you wouldn’t just wear it to the gym or leave it on the kitchen sink. No, you would treat it carefully. You would put it in a safe place and protect it. Well, when we see others as valuable the way God sees them, we will treat them carefully as well. We should be careful in the way we talk to others. We should look for the good in them and honor them for who God made them to be.
The Bible tells us that the way we treat others is like sowing seed, and it will come back to you. Choose to esteem and delight in one another. Sow good seeds, and you will see a harvest of blessing in your own life in return!
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Heavenly Father, today I choose love. I choose to honor the people around me. Help me to see the value in others the way You see the value in me. Help me to esteem and delight in others with my actions and words so that I can be an example of Your love and light. In Jesus’ Name. Amen. ~Joel Osteen Ministries

What Pleases God
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him”(Hebrews 11:6, NIV)TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria
Do you know what pleases God? He’s not impressed by how much knowledge we have. He isn’t influenced by how many possessions we have. He’s not moved by our accomplishments, He is moved simply by our faith in Him.
What’s interesting is that faith is a gift. It’s not something we have to contrive or work up. The scripture tells us that everyone has been given a measure of faith and that faith grows as we hear the Word of God. That’s why it’s so important to stay connected to a Bible-based church where you can hear the Word of God taught. That’s why we have to make time every day to read and study His Word because you’re feeding your faith. The more you feed your faith, the more you know Him and understand His goodness.
Today, take time to feed your faith. Meditate on His Word and ask Him to illuminate your heart with His truth. Trust that He is good and has good things in store for your future because that is faith that pleases God.
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father in heaven, thank You for giving me faith so that I can be pleasing to You. Fill my heart and mind with Your truth. Transform me into Your image and let everything I do bring glory to You. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Tyrese Gibson's new book
Book Description:
Actor, singer, and songwriter Tyrese Gibson crafts an inspirational memoir filled with every emotion and life experience one could possibly imagine. Pairing honest and revealing personal stories with reflective questions based on his extremely popular online messages to his “Love Circle,” Tyrese hopes to motivate readers to pursue their dreams and not let life’s obstacles stand in their way.
Ok, so I follow Tyrese on Twitter and was constantly seeing retweets about his new book. According to the Twitter family, it is a great book. They have really been giving it good reviews. So I decided to do a little research to see what this book was about considering I didn't even know Tyrese had a book nor did I know he was such a positive, motivating person. Very refreshing to know that(might I add). Below is the information I've collected about the book.
How Much Do You Love Yourself?
Are You the Master of Your Environment?
Who Are Your Five People?
Why Do Men (and Some Women) Cheat?
Do I Love You More that I Know You?
What is Your Purpose?
Now, if you know me, you'll know that the last question was what sold me. I'm all about finding your purpose. According to Oprah, your purpose is the one thing you would do regardless of wheither you'd ever get paid to do it. And of course one you figure this out and get started, the money will come. So since I just recently figured out my purpose or what I like to call my "God's Gift" I was really interested in knowing what Tyrese had to say about this. Can't wait to check this one out. I would also love to hear any of your commments about it if you have already read it. HOLLA

What's up people, just thought I'd stop by to say a couple of words. I tried to do an entry the other day and just as I was finishing, something happened and logged me off the website. So guess you didn't get to see what was going on in my life that day. Well since my last entry, allot has happened. The Mavs won the NBA Championship over the Miami Heat(my team). My middle daughter has turned 3 and I've got a couple responses about jobs. Still nothing solid, but hopefully its coming. One thing that still the same is, I'm still trying to decide what kind of blog I want this to be. I guess until I decide, I'll just make it like a journal and try to update daily on what exciting things are going on in my life. Considering I have such an exciting life and all. Oh today is Father's Day. Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful DAD's in my life. I have been blessed with a great father that has always been in my life and there for me whenever I need him. He drives me completely crazy sometimes though. I think maybe because he's a Sagittarius, but who knows. But I wouldn't trade him for the world. Also Happy Father's Day to my great Father-In-Law. He's been a little sick lately, but we saw him yesterday and he's doing great. Also, last but certainly not least, Happy Father's Day to my wonderful Husband. He is absolutely the BEST father around. He is great with the girls and they are total daddy's girls. He's been great from the beginning. He can do everything I can do for them (minus the hair) and he's comfortable with it. He's a real stand up guy. God gave me a good one cause he knows I can't deal with the half ass ones. That wouldn't work with me at all. So, glad he eliminated that headache from my life. Anyway, enjoy your day guys. I love you all. Think I'll have the girls take Hubby out to dinner today. Got a great new place I've been thinking about. I'll let you know how it goes. Have a great day people. HOLLA

What's UP!!!
Hello,
Its been a while since I've updated. I hate having to type that because it was my idea to start a blog, which means I should keep it up. Alot has been going on since I last blogged. I've had another baby girl, I've had my first social outing since my baby was born and I've been looking like crazy for a job. I'm currently in the process (a process I hate) of waiting to hear back from a job after a interview. I think the interview went great, but who knows. I really like the place and the people I've met are really nice. I know I can do the job and the pay is just what I've been looking for. So now I sit and wait... and wait... and wait. Hopefully I'll hear something next week. I'll try to keep you posted.

Happy New Year 2 ME!!!
I'm so ready 2 began my journey in 2011. I hve sooo many things I need 2 prove 2 MYSELF. Yall can tune in if u wanna, but this I really gotta do 4 me.
I do feel like I'm starting off ahead of the game sumwhat, becuz I have sum main things accomplished already. I kno who I am, I'm in a great personal place in my life, I kno what my ultimate purpose in life is(God showed me at the end of 2009), I've already imagined my finish line 4 everything I'm tryna accomplish, I've devoted the last 2+ years of my life 2 helping others (which has 2 be in my favor), & above all, God Favors Me. I've also learned 2 listen more than I talk. So I've started 2 spend time studying ppl 2 find the ones who r really going in the direction I'm going. We may not be on the same journey, but I can no longer surround myself with ppl who r standing still, or ppl who r content with mediocrity. I have found that, ppl r interesting tho. Sumtimes u run in2 sum real "thinkers", sum ppl who really have legitimate things 2 say. One of my Positive Energy messages said "Everybody & everthing u need is around u & within ur reach". So I figured, I just gotta sort it all out.
Sumtimes I do wonder if I am capable of accomplishing everything I want 2? I certainly don't wanna cast any doubt, but just wish I had sum type of blueprint or timeline. But dont we all??? Im really determined 2 check sum things off my list this year tho. I wanna actually get 2 the finish line on a couple of projects that I "sort of" started around the end of last year. I really believe "God won't put a desire in ur heart that's not meant 2 be there." I really need 2 post that sumwhere, (in direct eye site) so when times get hard I can remember it. Guess I just gotta take this 1st step & see where it leads me. As long as I refuse 2 give up, I should be ok... We'll see!!!
