Weeds: Season 6 Tease

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VU7autny1Mc&feature=player_embedded

I've recently got into this Showtime series Weeds. It is absolutely great. The shows' central character is Nancy Botwin (Mary-Louise Parker), a newly widowed suburbanite mother of two who has turned to selling marijuana to support her family after her husband unexpectedly dies. Over the course of the show she finds herself involved in illegal activities on a progressively larger scale. I've caught up on seasons 1-5 with the help of my Netflix membership and am now patiently awaiting the new season. This is a bit awkward considering I don't have Showtime, but I am determined to find a way to watch it. That means even getting Showtime if I have to. But anyway, go to google.com and type in "showtime's original series Weeds" or get on Netflix or On Demand and catch up. This series is awesome. You only have a month or so left before the new season. August 16th is the date. Hope you like it.

Miami Bound

What's up people. It's been a while. I know. But I've recently got some news that I just had to comment on. ESPN just confirmed that Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade will both sign with the Miami Heat. WOW! Now, I am a big Chris Bosh fan. I started following him during the Olympic games in 2008. I've always felt like he wasn't happy in Toronto (who is) but I also thought he would be a good fit for Atlanta. I even started voicing my opinion on how much Atlanta needed somebody like Bosh and considering the fact that he went to Georgia Tech, I thought Atlanta had a good chance. Looks like they (Atlanta Hawks) weren't interested in going out and getting any more players though. They were only interested in re-signing Joe Johnson (yawn). Yeah the Joe Johnson who averaged about 12pts a game in the playoffs. But enough about that.
So, today on ESPN, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh did a interview announcing they are going to team up in Miami. Wow! It kinda caught me off guard because I've always thought LeBron would be joining DWade in Miami considering the whole jersey number change and knowing how sneaky Pat Riley can be, but I didn't think of Bosh. So, now that they've made this announcement, what is LeBron going to do? Do you think he will join them. If so, I'm a fucking genius. Just remember I said it a long time ago. Can't wait until tomorrow. LeBron is scheduled to make an announcement and of course the world is going to be tuning in. Holla!
